We are open Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM CST. We are operating on a 4-Day work week rather than the traditional 5-Day work week.
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks after proof approval and payment, not including shipping.

We offer both traditional screen printing and DTF (Direct-To-Film) printing.
Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches required for the design.

We accept artwork in PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS formats.
We highly encourage customers to approach us with a final design. We can make small tweaks to the design as needed at no charge. If you need design work, we can do that for $50 an hour.

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for orders over $200 to a single address in the U.S. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more details.
Yes, with a few exceptions. The minimum quantity on provided garments are 24. The make of the garments must not contain nylon. All provided garments must be approved beforehand.
