At Inka’s Screen Printing, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to changes or cancellations of your order.
Proof Approval Process
Before your order is sent into production, we will send you a detailed proof of the design and specifications for your review. The proof will contain all aspects of your order, including but not limited to:
– Grammar and spelling (e.g., on personalized items or printed text)
– Colors (as represented in digital format)
– Quantities
– Sizes of garments or other products
– Names, logos, or designs
– Any other specific properties related to your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the proof. By approving the proof, you confirm that all details are correct, including design, spelling, colors, sizing, and quantities. Once the proof is approved, no further changes or corrections can be made, and the order will be sent to production.
Production and Cancellation
Once the proof has been approved and the order has been sent into production, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to cancel or alter the order after production has begun.
– Approval is final: Please review the proof carefully, as it represents the final product. Once you approve the proof, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
– Made-to-order: All orders are made-to-order based on the proof you approve, meaning they are custom-made specifically for you. This is why cancellations and refunds are not possible once production begins.
Cancellation Before Proof Approval
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before approving the proof. You may request a cancellation by contacting us at at (833) 465-2019 or via email at order@inkas-print.com. Cancellations are only allowed before the proof is approved. Once the proof has been approved, the order is automatically sent to production, and no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Important Reminders for Customers
– Ensure that all details in the proof are correct before approving, including names, grammar, colors, and sizes. Inka’s Screen Printing is not responsible for any errors in the final product if those errors appeared in the approved proof.
– Once the proof is approved, no changes can be made, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
